 Pidgin: Indicate mute/unmute status when changed remotely.

 Now when someone mutes me when I'm on a call, I notice and can unmute
 myself when appropriate. Before, I had no idea. And to unmute I had to
 first mute myself (locally) and then unmute again.

 Fixes #17273
