 The key paths for a SILC account under Pidgin Portable need to be set as
 follows:

 Public key file: App\.silc\public_key.pub
 Private key file: App\.silc\private_key.prv

 If they are set with a full path and the Pidgin Portable is ran from
 another location, it gives the error that the keys can't be found.
 However, when setting it as stated above, it is able to find the keys no
 matter where it is ran.
