 I don't know if this is a pidgin or a SIPE problem as the dialpad seems to
 be implemented in pidgin while DTMF seems to be part of SIPE?  Anyway,
 while I'm in a call I seem to be unable to use the dialpad to generate
 working DTMF tones.  I click the various buttons, they flash, but I hear
 nothing and the phone system on the other end says I entered an invalid
 response.  In particular I'm calling +1888788.5264 and am unable to
 utilize their phone system due to this.  When I place a test call
 (Accounts -> Office Communicator account -> Test call) I do hear the tones
 in the playback it provides so perhaps it is somehow related to the
 particular phone system I'm having problems with.
