 XEP-0100 for XMPP defines a lot of different use cases for communicating
 with gateways.  Pidgin supports some of these (registration, log in, log
 out) but not the very useful jabber:iq:gateway protocol defined therein to
 allow providing a nice UI to enter a gateway identifier and have it
 translated to the relevant JID.
