 What's going on with this issue?  I'm stuck on 2.10.12 until this issue is
 fixed.  With aero only in windows vista and windows 7, it seems to me you
 should put the old code back in, or at the very least detect if it is one
 of these windows version in deciding if to use the old code or the new
 code.  The solution cited above is useless to me as enlarging the text was
 the main goal of setting a higher DPI scale factor in the first place.
