 I am using Pidgin 2.10.12 (libpurple 2.10.12) in windows xp sp3. I am
 using simcard data plan for internet connectivity. Most of the time it is
 having inconsistent bandwidth. I have found that below 50 kbps speed
 pidgin is not connecting to my mail account, But it is connecting if I use
 broadband data connection even at 50 kbps speed. If I am right, Is there a
 way to change the connectivity timeout value or changing the bandwidth
 value, something like that may solve this one.
