 false..

 i never asked an option to set the height of the input area, even though
 your option doesn't change it drastically with even the top limit number
 which is "8"..

 what i'm requesting is to have the freak (messaging window's input area)
 set to not resizing itself & moving.. the size of that area should already
 be set to how it looks after i started to type & the freak resized itself
 to a clearer view..

 & if i needed a smaller input area or wider, i still could move it up or
 down with my cursor.. it's irritating & useless.
