 I'm new to Windows 10. I'm seeing the IM window open at nearly full screen
 size.  It's too big and I always must resize it down.  I'm also seeing it
 not remember the last IM window size.  This is true between Pidgin runs,
 and while the same instance is running and when I close an IM window and
 then re-open an IM window.  On Windows 7 I saw Pidgin remember the last
 size of the last opened IM window, therefore I am marking this as a
 defect.

 I am running Pidgin 2.11.0 (libpurple 2.11.0), the only plugin enabled is
 the Windows Pidgin Options plugin.
