 Description of problem: In Pidgin do not work Video Calls. I use XMPP. I
 click on the «Video Call». Are emerging two windows: «Media error. The
 problem with your webcam» and «Media error. Error conference».
 In the Debug window highlighted in red:

 1. Right-click on the interlocutor
 2. Left-click on the «Audio/Video call»

 Actual results: Video call is not working


 Expected results: Make a video call


 Additional info: The camera works (in mplayer, gst-launch).
