 Using pidgin 2.12.0, and the gtk theme DarkerIce, the color it picks for
 my nick in two-person chats is completely unreadable.

 When I printed the passed GdkColor background, it was "17219 17219 17219"
 - #434343 in HTML.

 I can't use the color changer plugin, because it strips html.
