 When Dockable Buddy List is active, some times the docked area is not
 released to other applications.

 I use plain Windows 7 with no specific desktop management software.

 Issue happen even if the Buddy List wasn't docked during that launch time.

 I couldn't find a pattern for this but is present from previous releases
 as well.
