 "pidgin.exe - System Error"

 "The code execution cannot proceed because libssp-0.dll was not found.
 Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

 I get this error every time I boot my computer up.  I have tried research
 but nothing helps.  Even uninstalling Pidgin doesn't get rid of this
 error.  I'm including a screenshot of the problem.  The file IS in the
 Pidgin main install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Pidgin).  Here are
 my specs:

 Pidgin v2.12
 Windows 10 Home
 8gb RAM
 1050 TI 4gb video card
 1tb hard drive.

 Please tell me there is something you can do.  I have a screenshot, but
 can't find anywhere to include it with this form, unless it lets me add
 the screenshot after I click Create Ticket.
