 https://oembed.com/ is a standard for embedding (or previewing) 3th party
 websites into your website/chat. This ticket is about implementing in into
 Pidgin.

 See how this oembed looks like in discord while embedding a wikipedia
 article and youtube link:

 Any 3th party website can optionally provides the embeddable content. If
 it is available it will be showed in the chat.
