 The attached patch is enough to make it stop crashing, allowing an empty
 'name' and just matching any stream — as long as there is only ever one
 stream in a given fsrawconference that should be fine. I do at least get
 as far as the call dialog with my above code now, although I haven't yet
 actually hooked it up to pass any real audio data, so I'm not convinced
 this patch is *correct* or just papering over symptoms.
