 on system power events like suspend/shutdown/reboot a user expects the IM
 to disconnect. But that doesn't happen: Pidgin only restores its state
 _after_ all the things happen.

 It appeares that Telepathy handles that:

     What: shutdown:sleep
      Why: Disconnecting IM accounts before suspend/shutdown...
