 This started a while ago, probably about the time Microsoft
 broke^wimproved the Skype client. Pidgin started getting this error, and
 it persists. I have looked at stuff on the web without finding a solution,
 and have deleted and re-added the Skype account; no change.

 Have debug log, will upload if this lets me :)

 Windows 7, fully patched, current Pidgin.
