 This started with version 2.12 but continues in 2.13. All custom smileys,
 regardless the image format or size, are "too large to send" so the
 recipient only gets the text name of the smiley. I've since moved to a
 different device, and the problem followed me. When i moved devices, i
 copied over the custom smiley folder. So having moved, that means i've
 also deleted and re-created my setup in pidgin. The smileys i'm using are
 all under 100x100 and are no more than 10-15 kb in size.
