 Thanks for the flowchart. I had not found that in my Googling; wonder why.
 Anyway, the password was allegedly stored by Firefox and I could login
 there, but when I went to Private Browsing mode it no longer worked. Reset
 password, I'm back in.

 Hopefully this closed ticket will help someone else.
