 It was noticed during review and there was specific commit. I didn't
 expect that this ticket will be closed after merging since there was no
 final decision about splitting .purlpe dir to XDG dirs. I'm sorry for not
 explicitly marking this out.

 It looks to me that the simplest solution for now is to move everything to
 XDG_DATA so user loses only preferences after splitting them to
 XDG_CONFIG.
