 I am seeing this on xmpp(jabber) protocol, which is the same protocol that
 my co-workers use here at my workplace... but they can use custom
 emoticons, so I guess it is a problem of my configuration?? my pc?? Do I
 have missing plugins? what they have that I don´t. I use windows 10.
