 it's done it again 5 times in two days. I did do a new install when we
 were last discussing it and added the debug option. So I have the
 pidgin-2.13.0-dbgsym folder, but when it froze, it did not create a
 pidgin.RPT file.

 It's not crashing where it shuts down, it just freezes. The buddy list
 page goes blank, the windows cannot be opened or clicked on, nothing is
 accessible to start a debug, save a debug, anything at all. Any other
 suggestions on how to make sure I get a debug log for this issue so we can
 see what's happening?
