Comment:

 I've noticed this happening more frequently too.  Right clicking and
 selecting "copy" has a higher chance of a successful copy.

 After a bit of googling, I found https://github.com/jaap-karssenberg/zim-
 desktop-wiki/issues/29#issuecomment-401913549 which says that "ALL GTK 2
 apps that I tried in Windows have this problem"

 So that sucks....
