 On pidgin startup, when typing password for an XMPP account, when I'm
 halfway through a new pidgin window is opened and gets focus. The new
 window is for my IRC account, the window name is 'Cannot join channel' and
 content is "Cannot join #channelname: Registration is required.

 This is with pidgin 2.13 in KDE 5 with 'Focus stealing prevention' set to
 Medium.
 100% reproducible.

 I also observed this on Debian 9 with MATE, but don't have that system at
 the moment.
