Comment:

 Based on your debug log, it looks like you've lost connection to the
 server a few times and reconnected.  When you reconnect, all buddies are
 being marked as online.  That's pretty much how things are supposed to
 work.

 If you're looking for an alternative option with a more-stable connection,
 you can use the Hangouts plugin instead
 [[ThirdPartyPlugins#AdditionalProtocols]]
