Comment:

 Tab completion/mentions is currently not implement in the new Talkatu
 widget that replaces our use of webkit.  It needs some more design and
 abstractions for it to happen, but it will be done there.  Closing as
 invalid for now as the issue should be track on the talkatu project [1]
 for the most part.
