 Yes, it was and I did. For some reason, it's not working for me.

 I'm running Windows 10 and have the most current version of Pidgin
 installed, as well as the most current version of ICQ.

 ICQ alone works fine. Trying to use Pidgin just gives the same error
 "Unable to connect to BOS server: Connection refused" at Pidgin start-
 up/login.

 Thanks for the reply, I really do appreciate the suggestion.
