 I think I found something that works for GoogleTalk.  I went to add
 certificates (Tools | Certificates and press [Add] button) and downloaded
 each of the 4 certs from here https://pki.goog/ and added them.  As soon
 as I did this, and re-enabled my account, it stopped asking for me to
 accept the certificate.  (It hasn't happened since, but still may just be
 coincidence, but hopefully it sticks.)
