Missing some parts in Spanish translation

Hi!

Since some pidgin versions the Spanish translation is poor, because
there are some parts without translation. The Spanish translator, that
appear in credits, doesn't respond to e-mails, and I see that
juanluperez (a spanish translator) submit a patch to fix the spanish
translation but it won't be accepted.[1]

So, I ask here for a solution to this problem, I can translate the
parts that are missing, but I don't know how to create a patch for
sending to developers.
