1. Follow the instructions here to get an initial database and a
checkout: http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/UsingPidginMonotone

2. cd into your new working directory.

3. mtn pull && mtn update

4. Translate things like you always have.

5. mtn commit po/XX.po

6. mtn push

If you're not comfortable with this, I'm sure it's still okay to submit
tickets like has been done in the past.
