Is anyone working on Khmer translation?

Hi,

I just checked the Pidgin's "translation static" page, and I noticed that
Khmer language (the official language of Cambodia) is not in the list.

I am wondering if anyone is working on Khmer translation for Pidgin now. If
not, I would like to start working on this.
