Pidgin is string frozen!

Hello,

I found a small I18N problem in the plugins dialog. The plugin details
for all plugins are always displayed in English. See attached
screenshot. This is probably caused by a missing gettext call in the
plugin details dialog. It would be nice, if someone could fix this
before the next release.
