You will need to translate the following file:
http://developer.pidgin.im/viewmtn/revision/file/d158db08540b0a2514b515d40ec33d941dd41dc4/pidgin/win32/nsis/translations/english.nsh

Make sure that your translation is encoded as Windows Codepage 1254.

Also make sure to follow the instructions in the header ( Note: If
translating this file, replace '!insertmacro
PIDGIN_MACRO_DEFAULT_STRING' with '!define'. )
