Just an additional point: I was *both* the PO file translator and the
NSIS translator and I do not recall receiving *any* requests for
translation updates since I provided it (that is, from 2007-2010). I
hope that the NSIS maintainers did not expect us translators to go
into the monotone sources to try to find wether they had been updated
or not.

That probably explains what happened to Spanish and other languages
with the policy change in 2.7.1 and why I'm a somewhat pissed of at
the moment.

I do welcome the fact that these translations are now where they
should be (i.e. in the PO file), but I would have appreciated some
more respect for the translator's work given the consequences.
