Pidgin is string frozen!

I'm not sure what' up with that.  Transifex is supposed to pull the
latest version from http://developer.pidgin.im/l10n/pidgin.pot
periodically.  That URL looks like it's up to date, so I don't know
why Transifex wouldn't be.  I even tried uploading pidgin.pot directly
to them shortly before I sent my email, so I'm not sure why it appears
to be out of date.
