Yes, it is important.  It is important because it is far too easy to end
up with a transient state that happens to have a very similar name, if
not the same name, as a saved state.  

If the two are not visuallydifferent, it will then be far too easy to
select the wrong one.

If you select the wrong one, the transient will never go away, and it
will continue to be confusing.

I think this is important because *I* have on various occasions used
that saved state emblem (which *IS* noticable as it stands) to
differentiate between states.  If I, knowing more about gaim than most
of our users, accidentally create transients that are confusingly
displayed next to the saved states, you *know* that our users are doing
and will do so as well.
