gaim-compat.h got messed up

It looks like an overzealous sed took out gaim-compat.h; it not reads:
#define purple_account_new           purple_account_new
#define purple_account_destroy       purple_account_destroy
and so on.

I don't see how to use mtn disapprove on a single file rather than a
whole revision; the revision in question is
Revision: 921657d3f21f5190639852247331d608f5946095
Ancestor: ebb919dd47f8edc3b1b82fdbc2d2a7764bc9ab6f
Author: seanegan at pidgin.im
Date: 2007-03-19T07:01:17
Branch: im.pidgin.pidgin

What needs doing to undo just the changes to that file?
