[ gaim-Feature Requests-1598117 ] Add a \'get started\' section to the website

No errors.

To reproduce

   1. Clear all cookies / etc
   2. Register a new account
   3. Go to the login button
   4. Login with the details you just signed up with

Expected:
I'm logged in

Actual:
A cookie gets set from the site, but I'm not logged in. No error messages,
nothing.
