Building GTK

I have noticed from the GTK site that there have been
multiple updates to GTK recently.

I was wondering if anyone knew/had documentation on
how the Pidgin Windows GTK builds were created, or
where they were obtained.

Since GTK on Windows is pretty unstable, I'd like to
stay more "bleeding-edge" as they consistently fix
annoying graphical display bugs from release to
release.

Anyone know how someone might create one of the
"official" Pidgin GTK installers?  All I see on the
GTK site is the zip file of all the .dll's.
