Will adding a new UI op or modifying existing ones (I was considering  
adding a PurpleAccount/PurpleBuddy pair to the request ops such that  
arbitrary requests have the chance to be displayed inline) bump us to  
3.0.0?  I'm not clear on what 'major' API changes entail.
