Can't connect at work

Hello, I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

I can't connect to MSN or GTalk network using Pidgin at work. The thing is
that I can using their own clients, but not with pidgin.

I've tried every single configuration for each account (proxy, no proxy,
etc)

Any ideas?
