FileSystem unmount failure : lock on file due to file transfer

To help track this problem you should look here about filing a bug report:

My guess is that for some reason we're not close()ing the file afterward,
but I don't have a hand in the file transfer stuff (I don't really have a
hand in anything at all ;-)).
