Sametime missing

Hi all,
 
I've just ran pidgin.exe in debug mode and found out that it has a
problem loading sametime.dll:
 
(14:39:45) plugins:
c:\dev\pidgin_dev\pidgin-2.1.1\win32-install-dir\plugins\libsametime.dll
is not loadable: Access is denied.
 
Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi everyone,
 
I've just managed to successfully build the pidgin! 
Now, the problem is that when I launch it, I don't see the Lotus
Sametime in its Protocol dropdown menu for creating a new account.
In the win32-install-dir/plugins/ directory, I do see libsametime.dll
built.
 
I'm not sure where it's telling the app not to load the Sametime.
 
If anyone could give me a pointer, I would appreciate it.
