Most of the initial work is in documented protocols! What needs to be
done first is to bring the im.pidgin.pidgin.vv branch up to date with
im.pidgin.pidgin in monotone. I've neglected it long enough that it's
actually easier at this point to re-do it as patches against
im.pidgin.pidgin.

However, since that's really boring, and you probably don't know what
any of that means anyway, a better project may be to take the Google
Talk-specific code from there and base an implementation of Jingle XEP
0166, on it.
