Note that I'm done in libpurple so far, the only things that can  
change are the attention XEP's namespace and fixing all the bugs you  
(or anybody else) can find. Obviously I did my own testing, but  
experience tells me that the person who wrote the code is very bad at  
testing it.

Note that I probably won't get any feedback from anybody as long as  
this is hidden away in a branch.
