Suggestion about an emoticon plugin implementation ...

I'm already taking a look on it.
And it seems this could be easily adjusted to custom emoticon cache 
purposes.

I just asked that, because I don't have a complete understanding of all 
libpurple.
Generally only code blocks that demands changes or adjustments so the 
libpurple runs ok with our application (everything here, including 
libpurple, is built using MSVC 2003, what resulted on many problems).

Anyway, I'll have a better look on this, and get back as soon as possible.
