updating name windows title

I too would prefer this, although I don't use per-group placement frequently.
Given my usual use of the separate IM and chat windows placement, I would like
to see IM windows be titled "IMs" or similar and chats be titled "Chats" or
similar.  I'm sure on that issue we can come to a resonable consensus on the
correct titles.
