What I'd remove are the following:

  Reject watching by other users  	(and not reject by default)
  Reject online status attribute reqs   (and not reject by default)
  Block invites				(and not block by default)

and maybe Block messages to whiteboard  (and not block by default).

The rest I'd keep.
