[PATCH] SILC prpl ported to SILC Toolkit 1.1

Pekka,

Thank you very much for the SILC Toolkit 1.1 patch, I have committed it
to mtn and baring any major problems SILC Toolkit 1.0 & 1.1 will be
supported by Pidgin 2.0.2 - I duplicated the prpl as silc10 for older
toolkits.

I also removed the 3 account options you suggested (I've left Block
messages to whiteboard there for now, because I think it's there to work
around a flood of dialogs if you decide not to participate in
whiteboards).
