Ability to sort buddy list groups

I rather like the alphabetizing for buddies in my groups, but I do *not*
want to extend that to the groups themselves.  If we chose to go that
route, I'll have to turn off the alphabetizing and just sort the entire
list manually.  I tried the alphabetized group thing for a while in
finch, and it was annoying.
