Ability to sort buddy list groups

I have nothing against being able to do this but it would have to be an
option along the same lines as the current buddy sorting methods. So
Buddies->Short Buddies and Buddies->Sort Groups.
I order my groups manually so that the important ones are on top (with a
couple exceptions that I keep closed) I very much would not want
alphabetical sorting.
